The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition has recently published the results of a study on the issues of green tea. According to the study, eating up green tea increased the metabolic rate of the subjects, thus leaving behind in higher vitality expenditure. These effects, once assigned to caffeine, have now been fixed to be unconnected. In the study, some subjects consumed green tea weight loss and the rest where dispensed the same quantity of caffein in other manners.

I’ve tried acai berry, as much as many others… you know very well that people will be taking this stuff in juices, powders, and of course frozen format. I’ve bought all 3.
I’m looking to obtain a multivitamin. I am wanting to get a liquid vitamin. Is there a good product or better location to buy them from. Any help will be significantly appreciated.
I’m working on getting six pack abs right now and it’s pretty challenging. Does anyone here have any recommendations as far as a good six pack abs diet? I’ve heard that egg whites, oatmeal, salmon, blueberries and broccoli are all important to incorporate into your diet…anything else I’m not thinking of?

Yum acai berry, I’ve tried it in its RAW form, only available in south america. Now I regularly take an acai supplement.
